Super cool week behind with Level Up! In addition to the tips while surfing, there was video analysis, stretching and additional surfing tips every night. The analysis made it very clear what you need to work on and how to help yourself and others improve their surfing. When it was necessary Keith went into the water with us to coach us there and help those for whom it was necessary. Keith is a 'super bien' coach!!! Hopefully until another trip!

Went on a coaching week with Level Up. It turned out to be the best surfing coaching trip I ever experienced! Because of the video analysis and in depth analysis of the footage I really know what to work on. Besides this, Keith is also super stoked for his students which is really motivating. Thanks for everything Keith!

Had a fantastic week in France with Level Up Coaching as an organization. Many new insights, knowledge and skills acquired by Julie Lauwers! She is a motivating coach and can easily take your skills to the next level. Her knowledge of training principles, sports and biomechanics complement this perfectly. Yoga classes by Lucile complemented the in-between periods well. Good communication and organization. The Board 'n Breakfast accommodation in Labenne was also great.

Super good, friendly, informative coach. Always aimed for the best spots/conditions. Analyses were 'top-notch' and everyone learns a lot. Definitely highly recommended.

On my coaching trip with Level Up I had a unique experience. It was a week filled by the motto “train on land, perform on water”. We truly trained on land, did long surf sessions, got valuable insights and finished every day with a video analysis of our own surf footage. The coach had a rich experience in surfing but above all he had a holistic approach. It was more than just surf coaching. We talked anatomy and surfing biomechanics and learned how our body is moving in surfing. I had allot of fun with the group with some hillarious moments. This Level Up Surf Coaching trip was a Masterclass I will never forget.

As a beginning intermediate surfer I attended my First coaching trip with Level Up. At first I was a bit scared of the higher surfing level of the other riders but the coach perfectly switched his feedback between all of us. The coach had a professional way of working and their was room for humor. The enthousiasm of the coach was awesome.

My son took part in a coaching trip with Level Up for the first time when he was 14 years old. He had professional and passionate coaching by Keith. Tips for recovery after surfing, skate/surf workshop and so much more! Beautiful video’s were analyzed every evening. Worth repeating!

Had an awesome coaching trip! Learned a lot and I saw my surfing improving along the week. Really want to point out that every coaching session is hyper individualized regardless of your surfing level. The trip was a perfect combo between learning and fun.
