Terms of Service

• When a surf coaching trip is booked, Level Up can, in no situation, return your money. When a trip is booked, no form of cancellation will be accepted.

• When attending a surf coaching trip, we advise you to take travel insurance.

• Level Up is not responsible for damaging or losing personal materials during a coaching trip.

• All riders are responsible for their own transportation during a surf coaching trip, and Level Up is not responsible for any accidents during transportation of any form.

• A return of money when subscribed to the Level Up surf training app is not possible. It is the responsibility of the user to end the subscription before the renewal of the program.

• Anyone starting with Level Up training should be at least 18 years of age. For riders younger than 18 years of age, parental consent is required.

• Level Up is not responsible for any damages of any form made during workouts.

• Level Up advises anyone to always consult a doctor or physician before starting training or any other form of training program.

• Level Up is not responsible for any damaging in any form fromthe use of the digital training platform.
